UnternehmerTUM — Agile Transformation at Scale
2025–2026 (Ongoing)
Why It Worked Agile transformation fails when it's just training or just coaching. UnternehmerTUM proved that combining structured learning with hands-on support and strategy coaching creates real, sustained change. And recurring bookings prove the value sticks.
The Real Outcome Recurring engagements across multiple cohorts in 2025–2026. Organizations that came for a workshop stayed for the transformation — the blended Talk+Decide model proved itself in practice.
The Challenge
UnternehmerTUM, Munich’s innovation hub, needed to help organizations transform their project and product development practices to be genuinely agile — not just in theory, but in practice.
The problem: Many organizations do agile training, but teams don’t actually adopt it. Others do coaching, but without clear frameworks. UnternehmerTUM needed a blended approach that combined structured learning with hands-on practice and ongoing support.
What We Did
We designed and delivered a multi-modal training & coaching program:

- In-house customization — tailored to each organization's specific context
- Ongoing coaching — support teams through the actual transformation journey
- Scalable delivery — multiple cohorts across 2025–2026
